One Day White Tara Practice:

Sunday Jan. 20, 9 am - 5 pm

Gyuto Vajrayana Center will be holding one day Tara retreat. During the retreat we will be meditating on White Tara and recitation of it's mantra over many hundred times. Tara embodies all the Buddhas' enlightened actions of body speech and mind. She is said to be the liberator, the one who releases us from samsara and the causes of samsara. By depending on Tara, we can clear away hindrances to all mundane and spiritual success.

Prerequisite: All participants must have received Tara Empowerment or Initiation.

One Day Vajrasattva Practice:

Sunday Feb. 17, 9 am - 5 pm

Venerable monks at Gyuto Center will be holding one day Vajrasattva retreat. During the retreat we will be meditating on Vajrasattva and recite it's mantra over many hundred times.

Vajrasattva practice is the most powerful purification practice in daily life. If one practices sincerely and with the correct motivation, all the negativities we have accumulated in this life and previous lives can be removed.

Prerequisite: All participants must have received Vajrasattva Empowerment or Initiation.
