Latest Event at Gyuto Vajrayana Center - Updated 22 September 2011

Greetings and Tashi Delek!

We're very excited to announce the upcoming Gyuto Vajrayana Center event in September 2011.

Helping Tibetan Community In USA

Gyuto Vajrayana Center is wishing to help our local Tibetan community by offering additional social services to the Tibetans of the San Francisco Bay Area. Many Tibetans have immigrated from India, Nepal, and Tibet and resettled in the United States where they have very few friends, family, or resources to help them make the transition.

About 2,000 Tibetans currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I often get requests from many of them looking for work. Because they're new to the area with few friends or family to guide them, finding work can be very challenging. Gyuto monks would like to try to make the job search a little easier for them and we are writing to ask for your help.

If you know of, hear of, or have available any of the below employment opportunities, or any other employment opportunities you think might be appropriate for the Tibetan community, will you please kindly let Gyuto monks know so we can refer Tibetans to the job openings:

- Accountant
- Office assistant
- Shop assistant
- Senior assistant
- Senior caregiver
- Housekeeper
- Housecleaner
- Nurse
- Nanny
- Babysitter
- Cook
- Cashier
- Waiter/Waitress
- Carpenter
- Painter
- Gardener
- Janitor
- Handyman
- Mover
- Driver

Gyuto monks would greatly appreciate your assistance in helping us support our local Tibetan community.

Please send all employment opportunities to info@gyutocenter.org or call us at (408) 926-9430 with as much information about the job as possible.

Parking at the Gyuto Center
Please park in our driveway or on our side of the street so you do not block our neighbors' driveways. We work very hard to maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors.

Thank you.
