9 August Event at Gyuto Vajrayana CenterDear Friends,Lama Appreciation Night Honoring: Ven. Dhakpa Tulku Rinpoche, Ven. Ribur Rinpoche, Ven. Lobsang Dorjee Rinpoche, Ven. Arjia Rinpoche, and Ven. Geshe Ngawang Dhakpa. Organized by the Gyuto Vajrayana Center * Saturday, September 11, 2004, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm * Ming’s Restaurant, 1700 Embarcadero East Bayshore, Palo Alto, (650) 856-7700 The monks and members of Gyuto Vajrayana Center in San Jose cordially invite you to a fund raising dinner in honor of the visiting lamas at the Center and the special guest Rinpoches. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Center and the guest Rinpoches. Venerable Dhakpa Tulku Rinpoche, Venerable Ribur Rinpoche, Venerable Lobsang Dorjee Rinpoche, Venerable Arjia Rinpoche, and Venerable Geshe Ngawang Dhakpa, accompanied with their respective Sangha members, will dine with us. During this special event, the Rinpoches will offer prayers for world peace and harmony among all people, particularly for those victims who suffered a result of September 11, 2001. A senior Rinpoche will talk on kindness to others in respect to this tragedy. A donation from the dinner will also be made to a charity. Nine-Course Dinner Vegetarian and non-Vegetarian (Please specify meal choice when buying your ticket.)
