Mantra and prayer recitation practice:

In this program we will practice reciting mantras and short prayers such as the refuge prayers, dedication prayers, mandala offerings, food offerings and so on. We encourage all of our members to take this opportunity to participate in these sessions and learn how to pronounce these powerful mantras and prayers correctly. It is very important to memorize these mantras and short prayers so that you will find it easier to do the visualizations while you are doing the recitations by heart. Venerable Donyo will help the members learn how to recite these mantras in Tibetan and Sanskrit correctly. Everyone is welcome to join us for this recitation practice.

16 Arhats Puja:

With this puja we call upon Shakyamuni Buddha and the 16 Arhats to continue to shower their compassion and protection upon sentient beings in samsara and ask them not to pass into nirvana. We praise the Arhats and pray that they bless our glorious gurus with long lives and ask for their help so that the Dharma may flourish everywhere. Everyone is welcome.

Thank you

Ven. Donyo, Director
